Donlon Builders was founded in 1980 by Joseph Donnellan and is now led by his son, Desmond Donnellan, the company remains family-owned and relationship-driven. This continuity of leadership reflects our long-standing commitment to reliability, accountability, and enduring client partnerships across generations of projects.
Desmond Donnellan, President, oversees all operations and is responsible for building long term relationships and partnerships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. He has extensive construction management experience, combined with strong relationships in the Southern California real estate market.
